  2. Send a message to one of the dev's on discord, they'll reply to you there. you won't most likely get an answer on the forums.
  3. There should be a npc near your callboard of you faction city that allows you to switch from high risk to low risk once your level 20, there is also a cooldown so you can't just switch right after.
  4. Where do they say titles and cosmetics, all we've seen so far is that there will be a reward but we don't know what yet.
  5. based on past experiance with season 1-3. probably not. remember in season two they allowed non wildcard players to kill and loot wildcard players. so most likley you'll see 60's camping mid to low zones killing everyone at least once.

That's a really one sided way of looking at it, we can also see the opposite happening too, where new content released on legacy realms has a increased rise in population, Seasonals aren't saving legacy realms, rather The YEAR LONG WAITS between raids is what's hurting legacy realms which also happens to be caused by seasonals. Everyone knows that when seasonals are launched all dev's from all teams are taken away from their current task to work on any problems on seasonal or make sure they're a stable experience on there at the cost of everything else, even the TBC dev's had to do it for season 2 and 3. sure seasonals bring in players but that's short term, we've already seen seasonal hype die down a lot with the fact that you guys have to merg servers to keep the population relativly healthy and even that's not really doing it anymore so probably why season 4 is being rushed. Saying seasonals are the only thing keeping legacy realms alive is false, your making the mistake that the people on seasonal are only playing ascension because of seasonals which is quite false. people are playing seasonals because it's something new to do, while legacy realms have to deal with at this point almost one year gaps between major content release
  7. ????? seasonals might help in population but no way they're the sole reason legacy realms are still around. there is absolutely no proof in that, as andorhal managed to stick around long before seasonals where a thing. not to mention season 1 and 2 actually hurt population towards the end of them

O cool so pretty much proof of seasonal takes away development time for legacy, it's no big deal this is just the final raid in vanilla and one that people been waiting for almost a year now, no season 4 takes priority, I'm sure you'll have ptr up and running asap along side referral venders, pvp weapons, ect.
  9. We really don't need more ways to get loot honestly, a new player can get geared enough in 2 weeks to be able to start raiding bwl. making loot easier and easier to get also makes it less valuable.

Sorta true, but it becomes less valuable the better geared you become as focus attacks starts doing more heavy lifting, but that also means that any other build can't use overkill and it seems like counter to ascensions balance logic to have a talent that's pretty much only useable in one build. why not add a proc affect to it that says your rouge and cat abilitys have a 10% chance to proc it.

  13. tbh hunters really didn't need a buff, as top end did pretty well if players knew how to build correct but hay I guess now we'll see 7k dps hunters again
  14. Will overkill ever get any changes to it, it's acutally worse then vitality now and it only lasts 20 seconds and seeing as we can't fd stealth anymore to refresh it's completely worthless.
  15. naa that's a bit to much, you see cats in wrath where balanced with the idea of lower energy cost rather then energy gain like rogues where, but seeing as on ascension cats can have synergies with all of energy gain talents rouges get, making it cost less and increase energy gain is way too much. yall don't need lower energy costs. it's already like what 29 per mangle and I'm not sure how low you can get shred.

Well it's good for any patchwork fight but any fight that had adds is less effective because. 1: If you pull threat you can't backstab anymore and on some fights the tanks can't tank all the adds (like fankris) 2: any kind of fight that adds an effect the makes it impossible to attack the enemy on the back or sides, (second boss in MC as an example,) Don't see why talents where removed for pvp purposes when you can just reduce damage done to players. the reason why backstab has more then other spells which isn't really true as dagger abilitys have way less syngergy outside of their trees then anyone spec. but the reason why they have more damage increase is because most dagger are pretty weak on stats comapired to other weapons. meaning they scale less with gear and more with talents and re's. That's why they're good at the start because it's not about the gear it's about the talents and re's. but once we get more and more gear they start to fall behind hard. we can see that now with current meta. almost no one plays backstab in pve.
  18. Ya noticed fixed my post, but can I still get a reply back on why we haven't seen backstab get any love this year, we've only seen nerfs so far. 3 talents and 1 re at least removed backstab from being able to benefit from them

May I ask about backstab, didn't seem to have any buffs given this patch while mutilate was given I believe 5% increased in damage with poisons on the target. which is a bit more then 5% as it affects all other modifcations. I understand that you buffed vitality which great for both specs but in the past year you've removed 3 damaging talents from backstab alone and at least 1 re. both mutilate and backstab had equal amounts of damage on st at high end gear but buffing both the damage and making it easier for mutilate to gain damage is going to make mutilate a much higher damaging spec over backstab because mutilate scales better with tier 3 then backstab. because it's not damage that limits mutilate but energy gain that keeps it in balance with backstab now that you've not only buffed the damage but made it easier to gain energy it's going to outscale backstab. and yes I know vitality also affects backstab but backstab isn't hit as hard with energy costs as mutilate is, but it has been hit hard over and over with constant damage reductions. removal of aggression, sinister calling, find weakness. all either removed backstab damage or changed completely. i'd suggest returning backstab to sinister calling at a reduced percentage as before maybe 6% at total rank? also will you open a ptr so players can test these changes seeing as they're pretty big and naxx is coming out very soon.

So? that's the whole point of high risk, if you don't like it don't play it lol, holy god. yep that time I did. yikes major yikes, so basicly you want to play on a high risk server but with out any possible risk involved on the player. How exactly is it hard when you have like 4 daily quests that give you a chance to get mc-bwl gear. this isn't even a problem on andorhal so how could it possibly be a problem on a server that has an even easier time gearing. no your not that important that I care about belittleing you or embarrassing you. I'm just pointing out that none of what your saying is true. there isn't a problem with gearing new players you have Soooo many options to choose from. you said it your self that means at most is going to cost you 80-450 gold to get a full set of tier one, why do you need a free set when it's so cheap to buy a full set.
  23. because your asking for free loot while ls has already tons of ways to gain gear quickly. next you'll say we should just add venders that sell the gear sense it's a "world pvp" server and that raiding should be removed.
