[Blackwing Lair]: Corrected an issue where Chromaggus' 25 man HP was increased twice with the recent buffs to BWL. His HP has been corrected to be 13% lower.
[Molten Core]: Reduced the health of all bosses inside of Molten core by 10%.
[Zul'Gurub]: Gurubashi Headhunters' Whirling Trip spell will no longer cause a knockdown. Instead this ability has been replaced with a Mortal Strike attack that deals 185% weapon damage.
[Blackwing Lair]: Vaelastrasz the Corrupted - Burning Adrenaline has been reworked in such a way that it will no longer crash the server. The aura will now give you a 50% cast time reduction and tick away 3% heath per second that the buff is active. The damage once the aura expires is unchanged, said damage will also still remain an AoE attack. (New patch required for tooltip)
The final rank of Improved Corruption allows your Corruption spell to benefit from spell haste. Improved Corruption is now a 3-point talent and increases the damage of Corruption by 3/6/9% (from 2/4/6/8/10%).
Pandemic no longer grants Corruption the ability to benefit from spell haste (it still gives it the ability to critically hit).
Capstone: The final rank of Focused Will makes you gain the Focused Will effect whenever you take a critical hit, increasing healing effects on you by 3%. This effect stacks up to 3 times and lasts for 8 sec.
Capstone: The final rank of Natural Perfection makes you gain the Natural Perfection effect whenever you take a critical hit, reducing all damage taken by 2%. This effect stacks up to 3 times and lasts for 8 sec.
Capstone: The final rank of Trauma now makes you Rend benefit from melee haste.
Capstone: The final rank of Meditation makes each of your non-critical heals grant you a stack of Meditation, increasing your critical chance with healing spells by 2%. When you critically heal, this effect is consumed.
Meditation now allows 8/16/24% of your mana regen to continue while casting, down from 17/33/50%.
Capstone: The final rank of Master of Elements makes your Mage spell criticals refund 30% of their base mana cost.
Master of Elements now reduces the mana cost of Fire spells by 4/8/12%.
Capstone: The final rank of Blazing Speed now gives you a 100% chance when taking damage while being below 35% health to increase your movement speed by 50% and dispel all movement impairing effects. This effect lasts 4 seconds and can only occur every 30 seconds.
Blazing Speed now reduces the cooldown of your Combustion by 5/10/15 seconds.
Capstone: The final rank of Arctic Winds makes your Deep Freeze casts apply to all enemies within 8 yards of your target.
Capstone: The final rank of Cruelty now allows your Rend to critically hit.
Capstone: The final rank of Empowered Renew makes your Renew instantly heal the target for 15% of the total periodic effect.
Capstone: The final rank of Nether Protection gives you a 20% chance after being hit with a spell or taking periodic spell damage to gain Nether Protection, reducing all damage taken by that school by 15% for 8 seconds.
Nether Protection now reduces periodic spell damage taken by 2/4/6%.
Capstone: The final rank of Honor Among Thieves grants you a combo point whenever you deal damage to your target. This effect cannot occur more than once every 2 seconds.
Honor Among Thieves now increases your chance to get a critical strike with all spells and attacks by 1/2/3%.
Capstone: The final rank of Nature's Bounty now makes the heal over time effect of Regrowth benefit from spell haste.
Insect Swarm now deals 20% less damage in PvP, from 15%.
Mongoose bite now deals 10% reduced damage in PvP, from 15%.
Counterattack now deals 5% reduced damage in PvP, from 10%.
Mangle (Cat) now deals 10% reduced damage in PvP, from 15%.
Hammer of Wrath now deals 30% reduced damage in PvP, from 25%.
Exorcism now deals 35% reduced damage in PvP, from 30%.
Fire Blast now deals 15% reduced damage in PvP, from 10%.
Ignite now deals 10% reduced damage in PvP.
The tooltip of Serendipity has been corrected.
The tooltip of Turn the Tables has been corrected.
Fixed an issue where Slice and Dice could cause players to leave combat.
Inner Focus has been reworked. It now empowers your next Greater Heal, Mind Blast or Power Word: Shield, reducing its mana cost by 100% and granting it an additional effect. The cast time of your next Greater Heal is reduced by -50% and the critical strike chance is increased by 25%. Your next Mind Blast slows the target by -70% for 5 sec. The duration of your next Weakened Soul is reduced by 10 sec.
Frost Channeling now reduces the mana cost of Frost spells by 4/8/12% instead of reducing the mana cost of all mage spells by 2/4/6%. The threat reduction has also been increased to 5/10/15% from 4/8/12%.
Tactical Mastery no longer reduces damage taken.
Deflection now gives 3/6/9% dmg reduction while Ghostly Strike is active, but no longer increases expertise.
Improved Defensive Stance now reduces spell damage taken by 2/4%, from 3/6%.
Righteous Vengeance now also triggers from Exorcism and Hammer of the Righteous.
Insect Swarm scaling and base damage has been reduced by approximately 10%.
Improved Insect Swarm now also increases the damage of Insect Swarm by 3/6/9%.
Frozen Power now shares diminishing returns with controlled roots (such as Frost Nova and Entangling Roots).
The Felguard ability Intercept now applies an immobilize effect instead of a stun.
Storm, Earth and Fire now roots the target for 3 seconds, down from 4.
The Fiery Payback disarm effect now lasts for 4 seconds, from 6, and now has a 10 second internal cooldown.
The cooldown of Dragon's Breath has been increased to 25 seconds, from 20.
Balance of Power now reduces magic damage taken by 1/2%, from 3/6%.
T.N.T. now increases the damage of the affected abilities by 3/6/9%, from 2/4/6%.
The Mind Trauma debuff applied by Improved Mind Blast is no longer dispellable.
The proc rate of Sudden Death has been reduced by approximately 20% for all ranks.
Weapon Mastery no longer reduces your enemies chance to dodge your attacks. Instead, whenever one of your attacks is dodged, parried or blocked you have a 50/100% chance to gain 10 expertise for 8 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
[Boots of Endless Moor] stats have been reworked. It now has 16 Stamina, 12 Intellect, 18 Spellpower and 10 Haste Rating.
[Belt of the Dark Bog] stats have been reworked. It now provides 37 Intellect and 23 Spellpower.
[Nightmare Blade] stats have been reworked. It now has a 2.8 weapon speed. Its top end damage is 207 with the minimum damage being 103. It now provides 22 Strength and 3 Agility.
[Mendicant's Slippers] stats have been reworked. They now provide 15 Stamina, 25 Intellect, and 21 Critical Strike Rating.
[The Staff of Rampant] Growth stats have been reworked. It now has 12 Stamina, 16 Intellect, 44 spellpower, 14 crit rating, its weapon speed has been changed to be 3.7 and has a weapon dps of 66.
[Malfurion's Signet Ring] stats have been reworked. It now has 12 Stamina 16 Strength and 14 Critical Strike Rating
[Ancient corroded Leggings] stats have been reworked. It now has 47 Agility, 21 Stamina, 16 Intellect.
[Polished Ironwood Crossbow] stats have been reworked. it now has 10 Attack Power, 14 Agility, 5 Stamina. Its max damage was changed to be 215 and its minimum damage is now 139. The weapon speed has been adjusted to 3.4
[Ring of The Unliving] has had it stats reworked. It now provides 19 Strength, 12 Agility and 6 Stamina.
[Dragonheart Necklace] stats have been reworked. It now provides 14 Agility, 14 Intellect, 24 attack power and 6 Stamina.
[Green Dragonskin Cloak] stats have been reworked. It now has 12 stamina 20 spell power 14 critical strike rating.
[Dragonspur Wraps] stats have been reworked. It now has 12 stamina 20 strength and 10 hit rating.
[Gloves of Delusional Power] stats have been reworked. It now has 14 stamina, 16 intellect, 22 spellpower, 10 haste rating.
[Dragonbone Wristguards] stats have been reworked. It now has 9 Strength, 23 Stamina, 10 Parry Rating(down from 20 parry rating).
[Acid Infused Greaves] stats has been reworked. It now has 13 Agility, 31 Stamina, 8 Defense rating, and 10 hit rating.
[Hammer of Bestial Fury] stats have been reworked. It now has 8 expertise rating, 12 stamina, and 30 melee haste rating.
[The Trance Stone] stats have been reworked. It now has 9 Stamina, 8 Intellect, 20 Spell Penetration, 22 Spellpower.
Tranquil Spirit now reduces the mana cost of the affected spells by 3/6/9/12/15%, from 2/4/6/8/10%.
The base heal and scaling of Holy Nova has been reduced by 10%. It now also deals 30% reduced damage in PvP, increased from 25%.
Primal Precision expertise now gives 4/8 expertise, from 2/4.
Hand of Salvation has been fixed to function properly when cast on friendly targets.
Serrated Blades now increases armor penetration by 3/6/9%, from 2/4/6%.
Tidal waves grants 20% cast speed reduction to Healing Wave, from 30%.
Unending Fury will now also increase the duration of Bloodrage by 2/4/6s. While Bloodrage is active, a successful Whirlwind has a 33/66/100% chance to reduce the cooldown of your next Whirlwind by 2 seconds.
Fixed a bug where Fel Vitality would give more stats than the tooltip stated. Additionally Fel Vitality gives 15/30/45% increased Stamina and Intellect, up from 10/20/30%. (Summoned demons will now have around 15% less health with 3 points invested).
Serendipity now also triggers from Renew.
Improved Sprint now grants immunity to all movement impairing effects for 1.5/3 seconds, reduced from 2/4 seconds.
Cold Blood now grants 20 expertise for 10 seconds when activated and when consumed.
Gale Winds now also reduces the mana cost of Hurricane and Typhoon by 10/20%.
The damage dealt by Felguards has been reduced by 10%.
