  • Immolation Trap base damage has been reduced for lower level ranks. Rank 1 changed to 30 damage per tick, from 42. Rank 2 changed to 68 from 85. Rank 3 changed to 120 from 135. Rank 4 changed to 183, from 203.
  • Ice Block and Divine Shield now share a 30 second cooldown.
  • Fixed a bug where the Shamanistic Rage mana proc wouldn’t trigger from some abilities.
  • Fixed a bug where Drain Soul would be able to do damage through immunities like Divine Shield and Ice Block.
  • Molten Core now has 2 ranks. The Immolate effects remain unchanged, but rank 2 provides the effects that rank 3 did previously. (Rank 1 gives half of rank 2.).
  • Arcane Concentration tooltip updated to reflect it affects the next spell, not next damaging spell.
  • Retaliation now lasts 8 seconds, down from 12.
  • The Killer Instinct buff which makes Counterattack usable lasts 6 sec, down from 10 sec, and Counterattacks used this way will root for 3 seconds, down from 5. (Counterattack root from parry remains unchanged.)
  • Unleashed Rage damage bonus while Shamanistic Rage is active will no longer affect holy damage.
  • Soul Link now shares 6% of your damage taken with your demon, down from 10%.
  • Demonic Embrace now increases the shared Soul Link damage by 2/4/6%, down from 4/7/10%.
  • Blood Pact, Phase Shift and Fel Intelligence now has an ICD.
  • Swift Retribution buff will no longer be consumed on melee attacks
  • Bloodthirst now only applies 1 healing stack, down from 3.

  • Improved Eviscerate increases Eviscerate damage again, instead of Eviscerate critical strike chance.
  • Healing Prayer now gives 5/10% crit chance, down from 10/20%.
  • Charge is now usable in combat. (It still requires Battle Stance.)

  • Improved Devotion Aura rank 3 was providing more bonus armor and healing than was stated on the item tooltip. The altar tooltip and its effect have been changed to match the item tooltip.
  • Savage Strikes now gives 5/6% crit, down from 8/10%.
  • Updated the Frost Lich tooltip to reflect its current effect.
  • Nurturing Instinct now gives 8/10% of your Agility in healing, down from 10/12%, and also reduces all damage you deal by 2%.
  • Blood Drinker now increases the charges of your Bloodthirst effect by 1, instead of increasing healing done.

  • Fixed a bug where Netherwind Regalia 8-set bonus wouldn’t trigger from Arcane Missile damage.
  • Aegis of Preservation is now usable while shapeshifted.

  • Fixed a bug where you couldn't always Charge and Intercept in water.
  • Wands now deal school damage and slightly scales with spell power.
  • Fixed a bug where Hunter pets and Warlock demons wouldn't gain hit and expertise based on their owners hit.

  • Fear duration on players have been reduced. Rank 1 now lasts 5 seconds.. Rank 2 lasts 6 seconds. Rank 3 lasts 8 seconds.

  • Natural Alacrity's cooldown has been reduced to 2 min, from 3. Now also increases your Nature healing done by 10% for 20 seconds.
  • Demonic Resilience now also increases the threat generated while under the effects of Metamorphosis by 10/20/30%.

  • Master Marksman has been reduced by 3 ranks and now provides 1/2/3% critical strike chance and 7/14/20% reduced mana cost of Aimed Shot, Steady Shot, Chimera Shot, and Multi-Shot.
  • Mind Mastery has been reduced to 3 ranks and now provides 2/4/6% of your Intellect as spell power and reduces the mana cost of all spells by 2/4/6%.
  • Divine Intellect has been reduced to 3 ranks and now provides 2/4/6% Intellect and increases your Holy critical strike chance by 1/2/3%.
  • Ancestral Knowledge has been reduced to 3 ranks and now provides 2/4/6% Intellect and reduces the mana cost of all Shaman spells by 4/7/10%.
  • Shadow Mastery has been reduced to 3 ranks and provides 2/4/6% increased Shadow damage dealt and life drained.
  • Improved Berserker Stance has been reduced to 3 ranks and now provides 2/4/6% Strength and 5/10/15% reduced threat while in Berserker Stance.

  • Hunter vs. Wild now grants 7/14/20% of your Stamina as attack power and ranged attack power. Now gives your tamed pet 5/10/15% increased health and 2/4/6% increased damage.
  • Windfury Weapon now deals 100% of your weapon damage while using One-Handed weapons, up from 70%.
  • You now gain 1.75 attack power from Agility while in Cat Form, down from 2.
  • Cornered (Cunning Pet Talent) damage bonus has been reduced to 10/20% from 25/50%.
  • Fixed an issue where you weren't able to cast some channeled spells while under the effects of Divine Shield.
  • Piercing Shots now causes the target to bleed for 14/27/40% damage, up from 10/20/30%. It can now also proc from Arcane Shot.
  • Molten Skin has been reworked. Now instead of reducing damage taken, it reduces the damage you take from your Hellfire by 10/20/30%, and you gain a 3/6/9% chance after being struck.to increase your fire damage dealt by 10% for 10 seconds.
  • Sheath of Light now updates your character sheet as your attack power changes.
  • Mental Quickness now updates your character sheet as your attack power changes.
  • Hellfire damage scaling increased to 17% per tick, up from 14.5%, self damage scaling increased to 10.9%, up from 9.5% Additionally Hellfire can now critical strike (enemies only).
  • Unrelenting Storm now grants you 4/8/12% of your Intellect as mana regen, up from 3/6/9%.
  • Naturalist now also increases the critical strike chance of your Healing Touch by 3/6/9%.
  • Dreamstate now grants you 4/7/10% of your Intellect as mana regen, up from 2/4/6%.
  • Improved Steady Show now has a 17/34/50% chance to proc, up from 10/20/30%. Now also grants 20% increased damage, up from 15%, to Arcane Shot, Aimed Shot, and Multi-Shot. Additionally it now reduces the mana cost of these spells by 25%, up from 20%.
  • Serendipity now grants 5/10/15% reduced cast time of your Great Heal and Prayer of Healing spells per rank, up from 4/8/12%, and can now also be triggered by Smite.
  • Invigoration now grants 2% mana, up from 1%.
  • Bane now also reduces the mana cost of your Destruction Warlock spells by 4/7/10%.
