Judgements of the Pure now grants 8% bonus damage to seals per rank, down from 10%.
Holy Specialization now increases the critical strike damage of all Holy spells, not just Priest spells (Judgement does not count as a spell).
Mage Armor no longer triggers the global cooldown, but has a 1 second internal cooldown.
Permafrost no longer reduces healing taken.
Revenge now does 25% additional threat.
Winter's Chill can now proc on any frost damage, and it also reduces the healing received by the target by 10% per stack and lasts 10 seconds, down from 15.
Maelstrom Weapon now has 3 ranks and no longer affects Healing Wave. It now increases the effectiveness of your next spell consuming Maelstrom Weapon with 1/2/3% per stack. Titan's Grip proc chance penalty has been slightly lessened.
Divine Aegis now shield for 7/14/20% of critical healing done, down from 10/20/30% and now caps at 35% of the target's maximum health.
Demonic Power now also increases the damage of your Imp's Firebolt and your Succubus' Lash of Pain by 5/10%.
Improved Stormstrike now also has a 50/100% chance to increase the Fire and Frost damage your target takes from you by 10% for 6 seconds.
Dual Wield Specialization (Enhancement) now also increases your spell hit by 1/2/3%.
Deep Freeze is temporarily disabled while we search for a permanent solution.
Touched by the Light now only grants its critical heal bonus to Holy spells.
Bane has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the cast time of your Shadow Bolt, Chaos Bolt, and Immolate by 0.17/0.34/0.5 seconds.
Improved Healing Wave has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the cast time of your Healing Wave by 0.17/0.34/0.5 seconds.
Lightning Mastery has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the cast time of your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, and Lava Burst by 0.17/0.34/0.5 seconds.
Divine Fury has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the cast time of your Smite, Holy Fire, Heal, and Greater Heal by 0.17/0.34/0.5 seconds.
Improved Frostbolt has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the cast time of your Frostbolt by 0.17/0.34/0.5 seconds.
Improved Fireball has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the cast time of your Fireball by 0.17/0.34/0.5 seconds.
Naturalist has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the cast time of your Healing Touch by 0.17/0.34/0.5 and increases your Physical damage by 1/2/3%.
Starlight Wrath has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the cast time of your Wrath and Starfire ability by 0.17/0.34/0.5 seconds.
Arcane Stability has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the pushback suffered from damaging attacks while casting Arcane Missiles and Arcane Blast by 33/66/100% and reduces the mana cost of your Arcane Missiles by 2/4/6%.
Spiritual Focus has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the pushback suffered from damaging attacks while casting Flash of Light and Holy Light by 33/66/100%. More to come in the future.
Stormstrike debuff no longer has charges, lasts 6 seconds, down from 12, and now properly increases the damage of all Nature damage dealt by the player.
Deflection (Arms) has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks and increases your Parry by 1/2/3% and gives you a 33/66/100% when you Parry an attack to allow the use Victory Rush for 10 seconds. This effect has a 10 second internal cooldown.
Martyrdom reworked. Now grants a 6 second Silence immunity and is now on a 20 seconds internal cooldown.
Icy Veins now grants immunity to Silence and Interrupt effects for 10 seconds. If Icy Veins gets dispelled, so does the immunity buff.
Ignite now reduces the healing the target receives by 10/20/30/40/50%.
Improved Kidney Shot now also has a 33/66/100% chance to silence the target for 2 seconds.
Ice Block no longer triggers the global cooldown.
Omen of Clarity has had its tooltip updated to reflect its internal cooldown.
Second Wind has had its tooltip updated to reflect its internal cooldown.
Vengeance now stacks up to 5 times, from 3, but now lasts 15 seconds, down from 30.
Holy Power has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which increase your Holy damage by 2/4/6%. (This is a temporary rework and we plan to change this talent again in the future.)
Demon Skin and Armor no longer trigger the global cooldown, but have 1 second internal cooldown.
Frost and Ice Armor no longer trigger the global cooldown, but have a 1 second internal cooldown.
Ardent Defender has had its tooltip updated, and now reduces the damage you take while below 35% health by 4/7/10%, down from 7/14/20%.
Righteous Vengeance now also procs from Hammer of the Righteous, and its damage has been increased to 15/30/45%, up from 10/20/30%.
Unleashed Rage now grants 2/4/6 expertise, up from 1/2/3, and also grants 4/7/10% increased non-physical damage done while under the effects of Shamanistic Rage.
Savage Fury now grants 10/20% bonus damage to Claw, Rake, Mangle (Bear), Mangle (Cat), and Maul, down from 15/30%, and it now also increases the damage of Shred by 3/6%.
Rake now costs 35 energy, down from 40, and its initial damage now scales with 5% of your attack power, up from 1%.
Savage Combat has had its tooltip corrected to reflect it only increases melee attack power.
Ferocious Bite has had its energy cost reduced to 30, down from 35.
Improved Moonkin Form now also increases the armor granted by cloth and leather items while in Moonkin Form by 30/60/90%.
Moonkin Form now increases your armor contribution from cloth and leather items by 280%, down from 370%, and it now reduces your threat by 15%.
Weapon Mastery now also increases the critical strike chance of your Stormstrike and Lava Lash abilities by 4/7/10%.
Brain Freeze now also causes your Fireball to increase the damage your target takes from your Frostbolt spell by 3/6/9%.
Improved Mind Blast has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which reduce the cooldown of your Mind Blast by 1/2/3 seconds, and gives a 33/66/100% chance to reduce the healing done to the target by 50% while in Shadowform.
Counterattack now scales with 90% of your Ranged Attack Power, up from 70%.
Mongoose Bite now scales with 70% of your Ranged Attack Power, up from 40%.
Turn the Tables now also provides 2/4/6% melee haste.
Seals of the Pure has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which increase the damage of all your Paladin Seals by 10/20/30%.
Explosive Trap initial damage now scales with 25% of your Ranged Attack Power, up from 10%, and the damage over time effect now scales with 150% of your Ranged Attack Power, up from 100%.
Holy Wrath no longer has target restrictions, but only stuns Demons and Undead, and scaling has been increased to 15% attack power and spell power, up from 7%.
Shamanistic Rage no longer has a global cooldown.
Taste for Blood has had its internal cooldown reduced to 4 seconds, from 6.
Frost Shock slow effect now lasts 6 seconds, down from 8.
Unending Fury now grants 3% damage per rank, up from 2%.
Shamanistic Focus now also increases the critical strike chance of your Shaman Shock spells by 5%.
Furor now increases your Stamina while in Bear or Dire Bear Form by 3% per rank, up from 2%.
Expose Weakness now increases your Attack Power and Ranged Attack Power by 30% of your Agility, up from 25%.
Divine Storm has had its base mana cost reduced to 7%, from 12%.
Strength of Arms now also gives your next Mortal Strike 10/20% more damage and reduces its rage cost by 5/10 after using Overpower.
Fire Nova now scales with 4% of your Attack Power.
Battle Stance now allows your Rend to critically strike.
Immolation Trap now scales with 100% of your Ranged Attack Power, up from 10%, and its base damage has been doubled.
Deflection (Retribution) has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which increases your Parry by 1/2/3% and now also gives you a 33/66/100% chance when you Parry to deal Holy damage to your attacker. This damage scales with your spell power and attack power and deals additional threat.
Using Deterrence now causes you to drop the flag in Warsong Gulch.
Lethality now also increases the critical damage of your Rogue Poisons.
Fixed an issue where Judgement, Stormstrike and Explosive Shot had a chance to proc an extra weapon enhancement (like Frostbrand or Instant Poison).
Fixed a bug where Natural Shapeshifter would show an incorrect max talent amount in Character Advancement.
Fixed a bug where Spirit Weapons would show an incorrect max talent amount in Character Advancement.
Fixed a bug where Incanter's Absorption would show an incorrect tooltip in the Character Advancement.
Trap Mastery should now properly provide its damage bonus to Black Arrow.
