  • Blazing Determination has been reworked to: The Burning Determination Capstone now triggers a shorter but more powerful effect instead. While the Blazing Determination effect is active and you are casting a spell you become immune to any effect that would stop your casting. Lasts for 4 seconds.

  • Feint has a new effect. If used on a player you gain a buff which causes the next melee or ranged ability used on you to miss. This effect lasts for 4 seconds.
  • Rupture now deals 10% reduced damage to players.
  • Garrote now deals 10% reduced damage to players.
  • Backstab now deals 15% reduced damage to players, from 10%.
  • Mutilate now deals 15% reduced damage to players, from 10%.
  • Moonfire now deals 20% reduced damage to players, from 15%

  • Healing Wave cast time reduced from 3.0 to 2.7 seconds. Base healing & scaling reduced by 12%. Healing wave mana cost is reduced by 10%.
  • Soul Fire cast time reduced from 5.0 to 4.7 seconds. Base damage & Scaling reduced by 10%.
  • Improved Blizzard now adds a 20/30/40% slow effect, from 25/40/50%.
  • Counterspell now has a 30 second cooldown.
  • The Nature's Grace Capstone now works as intended.
  • Surprise Attacks now also works for Druid finishing moves.
  • Cower no longer awards any combo points.
  • Enrage now makes Maul hit an additional nearby target when active.

  • Bestial Wrath is no longer useable when you are not in control of your character.
  • Guarded by the Light now reduces periodic spell damage taken.
  • Improved Stormstrike now grants 15% base mana, from 20%.
  • Grounding Totem now has a 20 second cooldown, from 15. ‎
  • Misery now grants 7/14/20% increased spell power scaling to the affected spells, up from 5/10/15%.
  • Improved Shadowform no longer gives Fade a chance to clear movement impairing effects.
  • Veiled Shadows now gives Fade a 50/100% chance to clear all movement impairing effects.
  • Fiery Payback now reduces the cast time of Pyroblast by 1 second, from 1.25 seconds. It no longer reduces damage taken while under 35% health.
  • Hot Streak now increases the damage of Pyroblast by 50%, up from 35%.
  • Brain Freeze now makes the affected Fireball deal 25% increased damage in PvE (from 10%), and 10% less damage in PvP (from 20%).
  • Brain Freeze now makes your Frostbolt and Arcane Missiles deal 3/6/10% increased damage on targets affected by your Fireball DoT.
  • Frostbolt has had its damage and scaling increased by 4%.
  • Frostbrand Weapon now slows the targets movement speed for 40%, from 50%.
  • Crippling Poison now slows the targets movement speed for 40%, from 50%.
  • Improved Kick has been reworked. It now gives your successful interrupts with kick a 50/100% chance to grant you 50 energy and increase your movement speed by 30% for 4 seconds.
  • The Improved Slam Capstone now makes Slam a guaranteed crit when used on an Incapacitated or Immobilized target.
  • Bloodthirst and Mortal Strike no longer share a cooldown.
  • Furious Attacks now reduces healing effects by 20/40%, from 25/50%.
  • Berserker Rage is no longer on the global cooldown.
  • Avenger's Shield now does 15% more threat.
  • New Talent: Improved Victory Rush - Increases the critical strike chance of your Victory Rush by 20/40/60% and gives you a 33/66/100% when you parry to allow the use of Victory Rush for 10 seconds. This effect may only occur once every 20 seconds. Victory Rush used this way generates an additional 60% threat. This talent replaced Improved Demoralizing Shout in the Fury tree.
  • Booming Voice now also increases the effectiveness of Demoralizing Shout by 20/40%.
  • Iron Will now requires a single Two-Handed weapon to work.
  • Deflection (Rogue) no longer reduces spell damage taken while Ghostly Strike is active.
  • The increased block value from Critical Block no longer works against players. ‎
  • Kick interrupts now prevent spell casts from any school for 4 seconds.
  • Pummel interrupts now prevent spell casts from any school for 4 seconds.
  • Shield Bash interrupts now prevent spell casts from any school for 5 seconds.
  • Wind Shear now has a 18 second cooldown (from 12). Successfully interrupting an enemy only triggers a 12 second cooldown.
  • New Capstone: Frozen Core - Being hit by an Interrupt effect when you are not casting reduces the cast time of your spells by 10% for 10 seconds. This may only occur once every 20 seconds.
  • New Capstone: Celestial Focus - Being hit by an Interrupt effect when you are not casting makes your next Entangling Roots cast within 10 seconds an instant cast. This may only occur once every 20 seconds.
  • New Capstone: Spiritual Focus - Being hit by an interrupt effect when you are not casting makes your next Holy Shock a guaranteed critical strike. This may only occur once every 20 seconds.
  • Burning Determination is now a three point talent that reduces your damage taken by 5/10/15% while Silenced.
  • New Capstone: Burning Determination - Being hit by an Interrupt effect when you are not casting makes you immune to the next Silence or Interrupt effect. This may only occur once every 20 seconds.
  • New Capstone: Intensify Rage - Your successful interrupts with Pummel now Immobilizes the target for 3 seconds and grants you Bloodrage (at no health cost).
  • New Capstone: Deflection (Warrior) - You gain damage reduction against direct damage spells equal to 33% of your Parry chance while wielding a Two-Handed weapon. Does not work against players.
  • The Victory Rush effects of Deflection (Warrior) have been moved to the new talent Improved Victory Rush.

  • The bell in Booty Bay now makes a sound when rung.

  • The Ten Storms 8-piece set bonus should now work as intended.
