  • Fixed an issue on the Twin Emperors encounter where Emperor Vek`lor would not guarantee a non-token drop in both difficulties. Additionally, the enchant recipes no longer have erroneously high drop chances.

  • Increased the cooldown on the Hedarine Lieutenant's Dark Strike ability by 100%. Creatures currently unaffected by this change will be fixed after they die and respawn.
  • The Hedarine Lieutenant now requires you to be at least 10 yards away before it starts casting its Shadow Bolt instead of 5 yards. Creatures currently unaffected by this change will be fixed after they die and respawn.
  • Increased the cooldown on the Hedarine Lieutenant's Warstomp ability by 50%. Creatures currently unaffected by this change will be fixed after they die and respawn.
  • The Hedarine Lieutenants in Darkwhisper Gorge now have a minimum and maximum level of 61 instead of 61 to 63. Creatures currently unaffected by this change will be fixed after they die and respawn.

  • Heroes' Call Board quests now also reward a Fragment of Fortune.
  • Added exclusion groups to the 'A Delicate Situation' Callboard profession quests. This will prevent players from hoarding these quests.

  • Fixed a bug that caused Lesser Inscription of the Gladiator and lesser Inscription of the Battle mage (honor cost shoulder enchants) to make your item soulbound after being applied.

  • Creatures and bosses in dungeons and raids now deal 20% less damage.
  • General
  • Held In Off-hand items now increase spell damage by 4% and healing by 2%.
  • All Staves now increase spell damage by 6% and all healing by 4%.
  • All Shields now reduce spell damage and healing by 10% while equipped and increase threat by 15%.
